DRW Properties, LLC, is owned and operated by a licensed Real Estate Broker and attorney – licensed in both CT and NY. Knowledgeable about tenancies, he prepares his own leases and handles evictions. He is also a licensed Home Improvement Contractor, and owns a business that fixes up homes to sell. With a business degree in finance, he is also familiar with financial matters surrounding rental ownership.
