Our owner is in the renovation business, and is a licensed Home Improvement Contractor. He can do much of the work himself, so the quality of renovations and repairs are never in question, while the cost of the work remains less than using outside vendors. Your property will be renovated between each tenant as well, to ensure you get maximum rent with each new renter.

The owner of DRW is a property owner, so our team appreciates your needs as an owner in a way the average property manager doesn’t. We keep you informed through the use of AppFolio software, which allows you to view your monthly financial reports online, and easily market your property online as well.
